About this experience
Discover, thanks to your French or English-speaking guide, the largest city in Michigan: Detroit also known as Motor City which, after a difficult economic period, is experiencing a tourist revival thanks to its many artistic, cultural and architectural attractions.
This tour begins at the Grand Circus Park - Theater District which brings together a large number of architectural marvels, signed by the greatest architects of the 20 th century: Albert Kahn, Minoru Yamasaki, Daniel Burnham and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. You will then take the Detroit People Mover to go to the Detroit River where the Renaissance Center is located, the Hart Plaza (with the statue of Antoine Cadillac de la Mothe, the French founder of Detroit), One Woodward Avenue and of course the Guardian Building. Your guide will accompany you along Woodward Avenue and Washington Boulevard where you can see these famous historic buildings that have become trendy design hotels.
Embark on the Q-Line on Woodward Avenue towards Midtown and New Center, where the Fisher Building - an iconic and impressive building - and the Museum District will mark the end of this tour.
